Quick Order — by GofTech Solutions
Quick Order adds a button to a merchant's storefront. A customer fills in a short form and Quick Order creates a normal order in that merchant's Shopify store on their behalf.
Order details are stored in the merchant's Shopify admin by Shopify. Separately, we keep a minimal record of each order the app creates, so the merchant can see it inside the app and so we can count it against their plan limit:
We do not store payment details — the app never handles payments. We do not store delivery addresses or email addresses in our own database; those are passed to Shopify and kept there.
Only to operate the app: showing merchants their orders, enforcing plan limits and providing support. We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.
We honour Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. When a customer requests
deletion (customers/redact), the matching order records are
deleted. When a merchant uninstalls and Shopify sends
shop/redact (48 hours later), all of that store's data —
settings and order records — is deleted from our database.
Merchants and customers can also request access or deletion at any time by emailing us.
